We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us.
We gladly accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders for full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not redeemable for refund or store credit and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our size chart to avoid size exchanges.
Items returned must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed) with original tags attached and packaging. International orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For any returns or exchanges, you will need to email the following info:
- Original order invoice
- Item/s being returned or exchanged

Note that the 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit so express shipping is not necessary.
Exchanged items will be shipped back to customers free of additional charge.
If the item returned came damaged or a packing error occurred on our part, ZERO LA will be responsible for your return shipping cost.
US customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.
International customers will receive reimbursement for shipping (no greater than the original shipping cost) in store credit. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund in store credit.
